1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern the use of services provided by UXLingua (“we”, “us”, “our”) to our clients (“you”, “your”). By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services Provided

UXLingua specializes in:

Localization and translation for SaaS companies
UI/UX microcopy localization
AI-generated content refinement with human review
Culturally relevant messaging for websites, apps, and customer communications

Services may be adapted per project according to the client’s needs and agreement.

3. Quotes and Project Scope

Quotes are provided based on project details submitted via email or contact form.
Any quote is non-binding until confirmed in writing.
Scope, pricing, and delivery timelines are agreed upon before work begins.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide:

Accurate and complete source materials
Reasonable access to relevant context, tools, or documentation
Timely feedback and approvals as needed

5. Delivery & Revisions

All services are delivered electronically.
Minor revisions are included if requested within 7 days of delivery.
Additional changes beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

6. Payment Terms

Invoices are issued upon project confirmation or delivery, depending on the agreement.
Payment is due within 14 days unless otherwise stated.
Late payments may incur a 5% late fee per month.

Accepted payment methods include:

✅ PayPal (on request)

7. Confidentiality

We treat all client data, content, and business information as strictly confidential and do not disclose it to third parties without written permission.

8. Intellectual Property

All localized or translated materials remain your property upon full payment.
UXLingua retains no rights to reuse or publish your content unless agreed otherwise.

9. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for high-quality and accurate work, we are not liable for:

Losses or damages arising from the use of localized content
Delays due to factors outside our control
Errors caused by unclear or incomplete source material

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a project before delivery. If terminated after work has started, a partial fee may be charged for completed work.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, through the appropriate Dutch legal channels.
